Re: Class c felony warrant
Hire an attorney to investigate the particulars of yoru charge(s) and then appear to ask that the warrant be recalled and yoru matter set over for hearing. If you choose not to hire an attorney, you may surrender yoruself to the court and ask for a public defender.

First of all you need to hire the very best criminal defense attorney you can afford. Your attorney may be able to have the warrant cancelled or at least be able to set everything up so that you will be able to spend the least amount of time incustody before making bond. Then the attorney should be able to represent you effectively on the criminal charge itself. If you do not already have an attorney, you may call me for a consultaion. I have been practicing law for over thirty years and I have handled hundreds of felony cases.
