Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

Cleared of felony convictions.

I've been doing researh of my own and found, in ordered to be cleared of all criminal convictions in my state, one has to have 1. not been convicted of any sex offense 2. not been convicted of any violent felony 3. go a total of 10 years after being released from incarceration without any convictions of any crimes other than traffic violations, etc. How does this law apply to someone convited of a class c d.u.i. felony (placed on supervised probation), but never incarcerated?
