A conspiracy occurs when two or more people agree to do something that is illegal (like sell drugs) and then a step is taken towards the completion of the illegal act. This usually comes up in conjunction with a Federal charge which is a very, very serious matter. If you are involved in any way you should seek the advice of an attorney before anything happens to you.
