what is the likely hood or percentage that a first offender charged with a class c felony for carrying a concealed weapon would do jail time

I do not believe that an attorney can give you a very good answer with only the facts you have given. Outcomes may vary depending upon the cirmcumstances of each case, the venue, the judge, the result of the SARS if any is done, and many other factors. If the person charged with the felony is represented by legal counsel than he or she should ask these questions of that attorney. If the person is not represented by legal counsel, he or she should be!
