Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I have a court date on February 10, 2011, in Cass County, Missouri for class c felony. I took funds for overpayment of unemployment. Do you believe that I will get jail or restitution and probation. I can't afford a lawyer and I have never been in trouble with the law. I am 56 years old and have 2 children. Thanks

If the overpayment wa sby mistake, you may well get probation or less. But, you have the potential of significant jail time. Therfoe, you should ask the court to appoint an attorney for you.
Good luck
