Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

If i can not appear in court for a 3rd hearing regarding a domestic assault charge what can i do? The "victim" has called and spoke with the detective and has admitted to them that she lied and i did assault her.

I am somewhat confused. Your postins says the victime told the detective that she lied and that you did attack her. Did you mean to say that "you did NOT attack her"? It is nnever good to just miss court. If you have nto already, you shoudl retain counsel to represent you. If you fail to appear, you may be found guilty in your absense, and have an arrest warrant issued against you. If you cannot be there, then you shoudl have an attorney deal with the court. Given the information I think you meant to provide, they may be able to get the charges dismissed.

Good luck
