Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
In Crawford county missouri if someone is on probation for a felony DUI (3rd one) can they be put on a second probation for a felony assault charge? And also without violating the existing probation?

It is possible that a judge may allow a defendant to go on probation for the new offense. But, as you seem to know, it is likely that this new offense will be treated as a violation of the current probation. The Prosecutor may seek to have the probation revoked. This person should definitely consult directly with a criminal defense attorney in their area soon.
