criminal question
my son was pick up saturday morning by the city of st. louis missouri police department stating he had a warrent for jennings, missouri concerning a 2nd degree robbery charge. Jennings pick him up from the city around 8:30pm that night. I called and tried to visit my son on Sunday morning and could not get a visit or a call. Around 7:30pm I received a call from my son stated he was interrogated by jennings detective concerning a robbery that took place. Per my son, he did not know what they were talking about and was very scared. My son stated they threaten to give him 7 years and was hollen and screaming at him. At this point he was very scared and signed a document admitting to the crime. My son stated that the said they would let him go if he signed the document. He was released after this. I am concerning because he did not have legal representation and he was scared. I ask him did he do it and he stated no. I would like to talk with an attorney concerning this. Thanks Ms. Stephanie
