Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Would i be criminally reponsible for all offenses commited by the driver if i let someone who is drunk drive, for e.g. injures someone. Would i be criminally responsible for what ever a drunk driver does with my vehecle or would there only be a aiding and abetting dwi/dui offense? thank you. this has not happened

A vehicle owner would not be criminally responsible for all the concievable crimes committed by someone they allowed to use their vehicle. They might be guilty of some crimes though. As for civil claims, allowing a drunkard to use your vehicle, might subject the owner to significant exposure.
