Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My daughter died at 10 months old and she passed away the autopsy said it was natural death mainly because my daughter had brittle bone disease (my opinion) and now 2 years down the road my baby momma left a note in the mailbox admitting what happened that night was not natural and she said who did it and how and more than one person knows about it

I am very story to hear about your loss. May the pain decrease and the happy memories increase. Your posting is a bit confusing. Was the mother confessing to causing the child's death, or accusing others? If she is accusing you, you sound consult directly with a criminal defense attorney very soon. If she is accusing others, or confessing, you should still consult with an attorney first, but the you'll probably be taking what you know to the Police.
