Defendant withdraws previously entered plea of not guilty and pleads guilty to Count III. State enters N.P. to Counts I,II,IV. SAR ordered, sentencing set for 11-16-2011 9am
does this mean the other 3 charges were dropped and he will most likely get out on probation?

The other three counts were dropped. Whether "he" gets probation or not will depend upon the SARS.
