Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I went to detox likeca week late. And but while I was there at detox the y were worried about my vitals because the y kept getting lower so they sen me in a cab by myself to go to ER to take a pregnancy test. Well I waited two hours and then got freaked out by sending everything and called a ride to pick me up and give me ride back to detox and when I got back there a lady told me she just got off phone with my counselor that just got off phone with my probation officer and said either a warrant was issued or a warrant is going to get issued and it all just freaked me out and I signed myself out and left. Now I'm stuck and don't know what to do . or who I should talk to so I can be told what to do. I do not want to go to jail so I'll do what needs to be done

Ultimately you will communicate with your po and the Court. But, first you need to consult directly with a criminal defense attorney in your area. They can advise you how you might get your probation reinstated, and avoud sevung time incarcerated. Take all the relevant paperwork with you, and ask for advice and explanation of your options.

You have gotten yourself into a horrible mess. Do you have an attorney? If not, you need to hire one. Can you afford the legal fees? Is there anyone, family, friend, or baby daddy who will help you stay out of prison? Are you clean? A good lawyer might be able to help you if you are ready and able to help yourself.
