Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
disgruntled former employee
A former coworker was injured on the job. Lost lawsuit against our company. He had been attending a psyhologist but no longer does. He sent the psychologist a letter threatening harm to our work place. The company's actions were to keep him under surveillance for one week, which ends today. He has not left his home during that time. We work underground with no security and only have the front door for escape. It is very unnerving. Do I, as an employee have any recourse? Thank you.

You may have grounds to get restraining Order. Call the court clerk at your county's courthouse for assistance with the forms to file.
Good Luck
