Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I got a DWI in Missouri in 1988 this was my 3rd in a 10 year span which resulted in a Class D felony charge. The first and 2nd were about 9 years previous, I've been trying to get my felont exponged for the last 10-12 years and am on my 3rd Governor the first to said no check back later more or less and now I've done all the paperwork again and now I'm not getting a reply at all and it's been some time now, over a year? I need some help

It sounds like you've been trying to get a parson or clemency pro se (without an attorney). If that is the case, you need to employ a criminal practice attorney to assist or represent you in your excitement effort. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. Take all your documents, and go see one.
