Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Embezelement of money
I purchased a boat in 11/07 and the company has a lien on the title with a bank, he refuses to talk to us or release the title, he has refused to give my money back. No one will help me. I filed a report with the sheriffs dept also. The prosecuting attorney refuses to handle the case. What can i do to get some help?

You may need to proceed with a civil suit. You will likely need to hire and attorney to advise and possibly represent you as to the possible claims.
