expunged records

i received a suspended sentence 21/2yrs ago and have recently meet all the requirements and am off probation - I finished school this year - nuclear medicine and am able to get certified but would like to be able to cross train in MRI and CT - to do this will need my ARRT certification - but I can't sit for it until and if my records are expunged - Can you tell me if this is possible and what I will need to do?

Re: expunged records

There is a Missouri statute which provides for certain records to be expunged under certain circumstances. I have some experience with expungements, but they are still relatively rare. In order for me to tell you whether or not your record can be expunged, I would first need more information from you. Then I would need to research the law (statutory and case law) to see if we could succeed in applying the law to your set of facts. If so, it would be necessary to file a lawsuit to obtain the appropriate Court Order, and then we would need to be sure that all entities with any knowledge of your record are notified of the expungement. I would personally require a retainer fee to compensate me for the time it will take to do the preliminary work, but there might be an attorney out there who would do so for free. If you are in the Eastern half of the state and would like a free telephone consultation, you may call me at 314-727-2822.
