Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Expungement of 16 year old charge
In 1994, I was arrested on 2 felony that were later dropped to misdemeanors. I paid fines and had no jail time or probation since it was a first offense. Since then my records been clean and I have joined the Army Reserves and even have a security clearance. I've been having trouble finding a job since I got back from Iraq because of those 16 year old charges. Would it be possible to get my record expunged or sealed.

Under the facts you described, you should be able to get those convicions expunged. Contact a criminal attorney in the area where the conviction occurred, to pursue expungment.
Good luck
