Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Exspunmement ((not sure of spelling))
If convicted of a misdemeanor, found guilty over ten years, can it be exspunged? If not, when filling out job applications, is there anytime you can answer the question *have you benn in trouble with the law* with a No!

The ability to expunge a record is dependant on the jurisdiction where you were convicted. If you want to find out if you are eligible for an expungement call me
