failure to regester as sex offender

can you send me two legal documents by e-mail ? 1) a motion of dissovery of evidence against me. the state MO. 2)also a motion to dismiss evidence due to mental defect.I can fill in the blanks on case numbers ect.. ect... Thanks a million !!!

Other attorneys might disagree, but I would never send legal pleadings to someone I do not represent. I don't understand why anyone would think that filing in the blanks on some form would be an adequate substitute for legal representation. I also don't understand why someone charged with a serious offense, facing the possibility of serious negative consequences would even attempt to represent himself or herself. If you can not afford a private attorney, then you should have a public defender appointed to represent you. Your attorney will file appropriate legal pleadings on our behalf. Good luck.
