False attempted rape ; guilty until proven innocent

A massage therapist is charged with attemted forcible rape and sodomy after a female client goes to police with parents.The masseuer gave a full body massage at the end of massage the girl began rubbing on therapist's groin area he then asked her if she wanted him to touch her and she acknowledges yes. He began to touch her likewise and then she sat up and began kissing him and runnig her fingers through his hair. He backed away from her and said this is wrong we can't do this. She calmly paid for her massage to a receptionist and left with a friend. After police questioned him (he initially said nothing happened to the police then later gave above information. There was no info on the customer's intake form as to age. But the police and prosecutor are making it into a case of him taking advantage of her even though they claim no intercourse had taken place.He has taken 2 lie detector tests through his lawyer's office and showed no sign of deception at all. The DA's office is zealous in their quest to find him guilty.She claims he tried to hold her down and that she fought him off, yet he was a state wrestler in high school and can bench 275 pounds. We feel she is trying to use this as fuel for a civil suit against the day spa.
