false declaration
i go to court for false declaration. i don't know if i should pled gulity or not gulity. i was caught with a credit card that wasn't mine. my friend let me use it. what is the fine for that if i pled gulity and does it go on my record?

misdeamenor or felony charge?if the owner allowed you to use the card then you are likely not guilty.
