a person makes a false police report about you and gets you into trouble because when the police wanted to ask you question about it, you said you would not answer questions with out a lawyer. so the police book you on charges that the person claimed

If you are being charged with committing a crime that you simply did not do, then the first thing you need to do is to hire the very best criminal defense attorney you can afford.
