Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
The father of my son's ex-girlfriend has threatened my son. The girlfriend and my son are both minors. Is it possible to get an order of ex parte based on threats against a minor by an adult in the state of Missouri?

It may be possible to get a protective order. You and your Son should make a police report.
