Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Felonies
my husband is locked up for several felony charges, They have continued twice now b/c they cant come up w/ evidenceor witness'. He has been locked up for aprox. 150 days. We have three children together what should we do to get him out or get them to hold a court date?
