Is it a Felony, or other criminal act, to conceal a Felony, or to assist in the concealment of a Felony?

If you witnessed a felony and refused to identify yourself you could be charged. Or, you could be charged as an accessory. Actually, there are several different statutes that you might be charged with, depending upon the facts and the prosecutor.
