is it a felony in mo. to have a presciption bottle of medicine in your car if it belongs to someone other than yourself? its a legal presciption with a intact label,

Someone who has the prescription medicine of another could get charged witha felony. But, if the owner of the medicine is merely storing it in your car, then it is unlikely that the vehicle owner would be charged, if they never opened the container or tried to use or distibute it. It also matters what type of medicine it is. If you have been charged, you should consult direclty with an attorney in your area very soon.
