Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My fiance is on probation from joplin missouri but lives in washington state where he legally transfered. He now has a warrant out of missouri and is supposed to be extradited back. Is it possible to quash this warrant to avoid extradition.

Yes, it may be possible depending upon the charges and the circumstances. Either you or your fiance shoudl consult with and hire an attorney in the jurisdiction from which the warrant was issued.
