Filing a notice of appeal
If time has run out to file the notice of appeal and the trial lawyer told us that he couldn't do it because he was not an appealant lawyer what can we do?

There is a Rule which allows someone in your position to file a Motion seeking leave from the Appellate Court to file the Appeal late. Please consult with an attorney who specializes in Appeals. If you do not know one, please call me and I will refer you to one.
