Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
How do I find out if I have a felony state or federal warrant pending?

You could do one of several online searches. Start with the county first. Than statewide databases and onto the federal site. You can call each of this entities also. If you do not wish to surrender yourself yet, you might employ an attorney to do a warrant search for you.
Good luck
Many jurisdictions will not provide this info to the general public because the "defendant" may use the info to flee the jurisdiction. However, Court personnel, law enforcement offices and attorneys can all access the information. If you are in this situation I would advise you to hire an attorney. I have a lot of experience in this area going back 35 years, and may be able to offer my services for a modest fee. Please feel free to contact me directly for a free telephone consultation.
