Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

My fingerprint keeps showing I have a criminal case and I was never convicted of any crime. Also I paid online to get my criminal background record and nothing showed up. I also paid and sent a notarized application to my state to get all police and criminal records and they also found nothing. Please help

Your posting is confusing. If all the reports show that you have not criminal record, then how do you know your fingerprint does? Did you just pay for the state to give you the record attached to your name, date of birth, and/or social security number? If you go through teh Plice , you can request an FBI fingerprint check. You want to see if your name is attached with this "criminal case" or if your records have been confused with the finger prints of someone else. The FBI check should be nationwide.
