Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

A friend of mine who is 17 and orignally from GA was arrested while living with his aunt in MO. He is falsely accused of exposing his genitals to a preteen girl. Under interrogation he was coerced into giving a false confession. He does have a record. 3 years ago he was falsely accused of molesting a child but proven innocent in court. Last september he was arrested for possession of marijuana but that case was "dropped". He is being charged with indecent exposure. How can he win the case even though he falsely confessed? Thank you for your assistance.

He will need the assistance of a qualified criminal defense attorney to try to show either 1) the conditions surrounding his interrogation by the police was so coercive that he could not exercise his free will of thought; or 2) display for a jury the conditions surrounding the interrogation to demonstrate why he would have admitted to something he did not do. Either way, this is an uphill battle and he will need the best criminal defense attorney available.
