Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My friend was sentenced to 120 days to 3 years in prison. This was for first dwi felony and never been to prison before. What is the least amount of time to be spent? And how?

120 and if he completes the program with no trouble, the Judge can put him on probation.
