what will happen to a 15 year old if she was in a stole car and didnt know because the person driving lied?

First of all the girl is a juvenile so if she gets into any trouble at all I believe that it would be handled in what used to be called Juvenile Court (now, Family Court). If that happens there will be an initial determination whether the court has jurisdiction and then there will be legal proceedings to determine how best to address the problem under the laws and rules pertaining to juveniles. If this is her first time and family members are available to help her, she might be released to her family upon agreeing to certain conditions (like not riding in stolen cars.) It's too early to tell if an attorney would be of any substantial use, but it might be a good idea to consult one and hire one if necessary. I hope that this has been helpful for you. Good luck.
