Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
guilty plea forms
my husband is serviing a 5 year sentence in MODOC. He has a misdameanor class A charge. I know there is a form that he can fill out and have notarized to plead guilty to the charge and ask for it to be ran concurrent to his state time, because I had to do it myself when I was incarcerated. I cannot find the form though. Could you please help me?
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Mrs. Strohm

Re: guilty plea forms
there is no universal form however this can be done in writing in some jurisdictions. to run consecutive you need the prosecutors agreement.it would probably be best to contact an attorney to work this out.
