Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

if a habeous warrant was issued because you get court date mixed up and u call two days later to get knew court date and ur denied why. Motion was filed to withdraw warrant and judge sets aside motion for a month and u gotta hide for a month. do u surrender with lawyer and what is gonna happen since there is a $52000 cash only warrant. will she withdraw

It is impossible to guess how an anonymous judge will rule on a parts cular warrant. It sounds like you already have an attorney representing you in this matter. If not, you should consult directly with a criminal defense attorney, in your area, immediately.
