Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

i have been going through a horrible situation it all started when we became homeless last year and a lady i new from church refered us to a christion youth home were i was garented to beable to go get them anytime so i could have them a home ready the fanily seemed nice and they were able to take all four cause i wouldnt seperate them and there was also three other kids in the home it liked to kill me leaveing my babies they didnt want to stay to this day i blame it onmyself.any way after being there 4 months we were informed that the 3 oldest said there older brother whom ended up movein in with my mom had done bad things to them then about a month later we were informed that now the kids were saying there dad and brother were doing it its horrible i cant even hold my babies and tell them iam here and i wont let them get away with that,i left him and am trying to get a divorce with the little income i have,anyway i received a letter with me being along with my x the perpatrator towards there older brother my oldest son it didnt say i performed anything with him but aloud him to have acsses to porn and allowed him to watch me have sex which is all a lie so i confronted brandon and he said he didnt say those things so when i wrote my appeal letter brandon told me to put in there that he would testify to that being false but now hes saying he aint getting on the stand so can u please tell me what i can do and does it sound like i am going to need an attorney?

It sure sounds like you need an attorney. You may qualify for an ppointed attorney. If the junvenile division or family court officer is trying to terminate your parental rights or alleging tht you allowed the kids to be abused, you should ask the court to appoint counsel for you.
