Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

My husband was arrested last night on a couple FTA and a suspended probation. will he go to prison over this? and if so how long usully he has 1 and 1/2 years left on his proabtion. He stopped seeing his officer in july but does not have an abscounding charge.

The answer depends upon what exactly happened in the case on which he is on probation. He definitely needs to hire an attorney on all pending charges and any probation revocation if he does not have an attorney, and these cases are in a jurisdiction where I regularly practice, I might be able to offer my services.
