Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my soon to be husband was charged with fail to register as a sex offender.They offer him 4 yrs supervise probtion.My promblem with this is he had no crimanl tint in mind he had went in there to find out what day he was suppose to register.he was not read his rights also the person he is suppose to register to is the proscuters wife.If u could give me any advises on this we would be more than grateful

If you soon to be husbnad did nto fail to register, then he should consult directly with an attorney in your area to defend the charge. If he did technically fail to register, then he may do well with getting probation. Whether four years supervised is appropriate under the facts of his case is for him and his attorney to consider.
