Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My husband is a felon, obviously he cannot posses a firearm, but can I?

If the gun isn't kept in the house where your husband lives, you may still be able to own one. If it is in the same building as him, it may need to be on your person, if you have a conceal carry permit.
