Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Do i have to include a suspended imposition sentence for misdemeanor conviction of possession of marijuana on a job application for if it asks if you have ever been convicted of a misdemeanor, felony?my case doesn't appear on missouri casenet anymore(online public records)Missouri courts

You were not sentenced and you do not have a conviction. That is what "suspended imposition of sentence" means in Missouri. Read the question carefully. Most of them these days say "regardless if you received an SIS" or ask whether you ever plead guilty.
