If you were investigated by St. Louis County Police for internet pornography and haven't been charged after a year is the statute of limitations up? What is the statute of limitations in Missouri?

No, I believe that the statute of limitations would be at least three years. You should consult with and hire an attorney so that you will have an attorney to help you when you are charged.
