Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
on a involuntary commitment warrant issued from a circuit court can the police make a forced entry into the residence to serve the warrant?

Obviously, the plan is for an announcement if the warrant, and a peaceful pick up if the person. Hire they make Entry, after that is evaluated based upon the particular facts of the situation. I do not recommend trying to keep officers from serving a warrant, by force. If there is something wrong with the warrant, go through the judge.
