Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Is a judge able to put you in jail because your attorney hasn't shown up for the past two attempts at arriagment for me? The judge said he thought i was jerking him around, and i am not. So he said if he didn't show up i was gonna be put in jail

Because it is possibly probable that you will go tojail, for percieved lies to the judge, you should hire a new attorney. If you paid the previous attorney, you fully. Paid the first attorney, you should request a refund.
