Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
the judge has recused himself from my sons cases,the victim is a lawyer that is friends with the prosecutor thats the problem ,how do i get the prosecutor removed from my sons cases theres no way he can get a fair trial ,who do i contact about this

If the prosecutor was a friend of your Son, there might be reason for his removal. But, the victim is not a party in a criminal case. The prosecutor us not required to be impartial, like the judge is. So, under the facts you described, the prosecutor is under no duty to bow out. Hourly, Sons attorney has explained this to him.
