My lawyer promised me SIS but I got SES. What can I do?

Re: Lawyer lied!
A lawyer ought not to promise a specific diposition of a client's case. Why did you agree to SES when the judge asked you if you agree to the plea? I have not known of a judge who does not ask such a question. Did you not understand the question? Do you think your lawyer might have just predicted that you would get SIS? The prosecutor can make a deal with an attorney, but the judge does not have to follow it.
If there is time, you might be able to Move the Court to allow you to withdraw your guilty plea, so that you can have a trial. If you wish to do that, you should nto wait, as timing is very imporatant. It might already be too late.
