Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I left a message to the voicemail of an attorney that I had done business with. He regurarly berates people in all social situations (bank, grocery store). I was angry and left him a message using profanity, calling him a jerk in so many words. It was a mistake and I have not contacted him since nor do I plan to. I was interested in any legal trouble I might be in. Please advise?

It is unfortunate that you left such a message. But, as long a you did not falsely accuse him of Abby crimes our socially repulsive acts, (just told him your opinion of him) you probably broke no laws. It is unlikely that an attorney would sue someone for leaving a nasty voice mail message.
Good luck
