Re: Legal search please refer me. Thanks

As you know, drug charges can be very serious and can result in very unpleasant consequences for the person charged, sometimes even when they are innocent. In your case, you might have a valid legal objection to the search, but an attorney would need to take several steps in the legal process to determine whether the contraband evidence might be suppressed and the charge against you dismissed. I have handled many of these cases, and have had considerable success. Unfortunately for you, criminal defense attorneys for drug cases do not come cheap. If you do talk with an attorney who asks for a very low fee, I'd advise you to beware and go to someone else. If you can't affornd a good private attorney then you would be better off with a public defender than a cheap, bargain basement type attorney on such a serious case. If you do not already have an attorney and you are located on the Eastern side of the state, I would be happy to speak with you and quote yo the most reasonable retainer fee I can. You may call me at the office during business hours. Good luck.
