Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I live in Missouri, in 2008 I was arrested for a dwi, which was later dismissed for lack of prosecution. I also fought the refusual of breath alyzer charge and lost in court. Is there anyway to have both of these items removed from my record?

You may be able to obtain an expungement of the DWI depending upon various factors. I do not know of any way to get the DOR to remove the administrative revocation from your driving record. Consult with an attorney in your area.
