Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I live in Missouri. I was charged with several misdemeanor tickets in very early September of 2014. I have provided all paperwork to prosecutor in extremely timely fashion. My case is still open and I have court on Feb 17. Do I have any right to plead my 6th amendment right if he tries for a continuance again? Do I have that right already?
