Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i live in missouri and on probation for something that was not in my posesion. if i get a doctors note saying that im allergic can i get the case dropped? i have a class c felony.

If you are on probation, then you must have been found guilty or plead guilty to a crime. If you plead guilty to "possession", you admitted being guilty which means that you admitted having whatever contaband it was in your possession. so, how do you claim not that the whole thing was about something that was not in your possession? Were you convicted of conspiracy, or as some kind of accomplice? And, what in the world does having an allergy have to do with being on probation?
